01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on the bmw99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bmw99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bmw99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their terms of service.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bmw99 account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other registered Bangladeshi bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the bmw99 finance team within 24 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. bmw99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before authorising any withdrawal.

bmw99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the transaction flagged for review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bmw99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bmw99 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, in addition to these general Terms. bmw99 covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports at its discretion. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• bmw99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in the displayed odds, where the event outcome was known at the time of bet placement, or where the integrity of the event is called into question.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at bmw99's discretion, including during periods of uncertain outcomes or data feed interruptions.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play time is reached, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
